Keith Thomas
Keith has over 30 years’ experience in farm business management and consultancy. His breadth of knowledge and experience means he can deliver a one-stop solution for farmers wanting to develop any aspect of their business.
His extensive consultancy experience comes through senior roles with some of the best-known brands in farm business management, including Promar International, Agricultural Mortgage Corporation and Strutt and Parker.
Phoebe Parkinson
Phoebe is our environmental and grant specialist. Her knowledge and attention to detail has successfully won over £230,000 of RDPE funding and over £400,000 in Countryside Stewardship Agreements for our clients.
Phoebe has a First Class Honours Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Liverpool and is currently studying a part-time Masters in Rural Estate and Land Management at Harper Adams University.
John Warrington
John supports us with our farm budgeting services, in particular in developing our budgeting and other farm management software packages. These tools allow us to help our clients assess progress, adjust and plan expenditure and tax more carefully and efficiently.
John has a lifetime of farm consultancy expertise. His insight into farm finances led him to specialise in farm business management and economics, where he also gained considerable tax experience.
Pam Allen
Supporting KMT as Office Manager since 2013, Pam is responsible for all our back-office functions including customer relationship management, bookkeeping and document management.
